Spring 2012 Anime Mini Review

It’s been a long time since I write one of these review so I just write this down while I have some time in this weekend. Since I would upload it to my Blog, I should write this in English. So I hope fellow mindtalkers wouldn’t mind, its not as if my English is great, but somehow I’m more hype up if I write in English and it’s a good exercise for leveling up writing skill. 😛

2012 Spring series have a some good series running, my #1 pick is probably Accel World, combination between action and drama is quite intense. I love how the protagonist would struggle and push forward despite his disadvantageous. Other series action that I like is Fate Zero continuation, although some new viewer, especially non-Fate Series Fanboy unlike me quite confused and decide to drop it. Actually there’s also Zetman but since I plan to view it later (maybe) I won’t write it down.

On the comedy genre we have Kore wa Zombie Desu Ka: of The Dead, the sequel of the Kore wa Zombie series where Ayumu who become a zombie, and at the same time a Magiclad Girl (but he’s a boy) continue his struggle against Megalo (teh monsters).  Other absurd comedy just like this is Haiyoru! Nyaruko-san, where cute girl aliens fight around in outrageous situation.  Also more moe comedy stuff like Acchi Kocchi also good to be enjoyed with non-high-tension with cute rabu-rabu situation.

Spring Anime Season 2011 and Winter 2010 Mini Review

This upcoming anime season look pretty promising. Few sequel series such as Kampfer, Kami no Mi (The World God Only Knows), and Maria+Holic definitely goes to my view list. While other love-comedy stuff that I’m going take a peek probably Lotte no Omocha, Oretachi ni Tsubasa wa Nai, and Denpa Onna to Seishun Otoko. The action series that I familiar are Ao no Exorcist and Deadman Wonderland since I read the manga and both OK. Other action that looks promising probably is Hidan no Aria since it’s adopted from light novel. I also put some small review on current running series that might help you pick a series.

Autumn 2010 Anime Season – First Glance Review

Fall 2010 Anime chartfag

Fall 2010 Anime chartfag - warning! 1.4 MB

Autumn has fall~ and my college task also piles up like crazy. Despite that and la Nina that haunt the southeast Asia, somehow I still want to post some (or else I’ll become total wacky I think).

This season is quite special, in the beginning there’s at least 13 show that looks interesting. Buts most of all is To Aru Majutsu no Index II, can’t wait to see the most unlucky guy kick buts of the bad guys~ XD. Other that that there’s a bunch of sequels of previously famous series such as: Sora no Otoshimono – Forte, Arakawa Under the Bridge X Bridge, Motto~ To Love Ru and Super Robot Wars OG: The Inspector. (not forgetting other series, that I’m currently not quite interested, such as: Hetalia Axis Power, Hakuoki Shinsengumi Kittan, Letter Bee REVERSE, Pokemon, Fortune Arterial: Red Promise, etc.)

Anyway the shows has started last week~ so in addition this time I’ll add some short first glance review on the first episodes of the shows that I manage to get. The rating is subjective to my taste, so bear with it~

edit: added Yosuga no Sora, Motto To Love Ru review. WHERE”S MY INDEX (T__T)?!?

To Aru Majutsu no Index (A Certain Magical Index) – First Glance

To aru Majutsu no Index

“When Science crossed path with Magic, this Tale begin.”

When this series begin I not really put into much thought about this, but once I saw the first episode I was enticed to collect it. Since it came from the same production house, you can say it’s replacement for Shakugan no Shana. Well this series, just like Shana, also adapted from novel of the same name. Although this has the same vibe, but the story is completely different of course and this one is more Sci-fi too (which really make me more interested). Although after watching more than twenty episode, the arcs felt like separated story altogether but somehow (I feel) it would get connected later on.
